I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and received my RYT200 from the Dallas Yoga Center. I was blessed to receive my training from 3 extremely talented and distinct teachers who have an astounding passion for sharing their gifts of meditation, mind body centering, and years of teaching beginners. I'm forever grateful. My background is music & mental health, so I like to combine what I love most along with helping people experience the magic of themselves through mindfulness and yoga. Yoga has helped me take my recovery from mental illness to new heights and achieve true happiness for my family and me. I personally practice ashtanga, but I prefer teaching fundamentals to beginners and those recovering from injury because it is where I can truly be a better student and teacher.
